How do event tickets work?
Event tickets are delivered as e-tickets with secure QR codes. You can view your tickets in the My Tickets section and present the QR code at the venue for scanning.
How does QR ticket scanning work?
Organizers use the CTS Network scanner tool to validate tickets in real-time. The QR code is scanned once at entry, preventing fraud and duplicate entries.
When do I get access after payment?
Access delivery is being prepared. Event tickets will be issued after payment confirmation. Course access and digital product downloads will follow verified payment status.
What if my payment is pending or failed?
Payment status is tracked in your transaction history. Pending payments can be retried. Failed payments release reserved tickets or access back to availability.
